Child's Play

A child's work is his play. What better way to work than with friends at a cool children's museum? Thomas and I went to the Grand Rapids Children's Museum with our friends Laura, Kyle and Erin Bos yesterday. The kids had a great time, as did Laura and I. We love children's museums! Kyle and Thomas loved gathering eggs from this chicken coop.

I just love these mirrors. This is T's angry face. He was actually (and justifiably) angry because some big kids pushed him away from the toy he had been waiting patiently for.

After a fun filled morning, we had a picnic in Laura's car. It was pouring down rain so we made due. Thomas got to ride home with the Bos family. I've heard that there was a lot of gross boy poop talk on the way home. Geesh. Where do they learn this stuff? Laura was so kind to drive Thomas home for me. After leaving the museum I headed to Kalamazoo to spend some time with a few gals pals. It was my first night EVER away from Alan and Thomas. It was divine!
