Camping

We spent the night with my dad, brother, and sister in law at their campground in Omer, Michigan. Omer is Michigan's smallest city. They are seasonal campers there and have trailers that sit right on the Rifle River. The views are beautiful. We even saw the baby Bald Headed Eagle that was born there.

Thomas loved camping. He spent lots of time playing in the dirt and marveling over everything his uncle did.
Alan catches some z's.

Thomas and Grandpa. The Rifle River is in the background.

Thomas and Aunt Bri (and all of Grandpa's birdfeeders).

Toasting marshmallows for his first ever smores. He didn't like it, so I had to eat it. Bummer!

Mike (right) and the guys made breakfast for the crew this morning. They often cook over an open fire. Today's menu - breakfast burritos, and they meant business. They cooked 3 lbs of bacon, a pound each of ham and sausage, onions, and 4 dozen eggs. It was really tasty!

Sounds like you had enough to fed an army of campers.
